1. What happens to my unused services at the end of each month?
Any unused services will continue to roll over each month and can be used at any time while your membership is active. You have the entire duration of your membership to utilize these services, provided your account is not frozen and remains in good standing.
2. Do the rolled-over services expire if I cancel my membership?
Yes, all accumulated services will expire 60 days after your membership is canceled.
3. Are the services I accumulate transferable to someone else?
No, Silent Moment Spa memberships and membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. How does the membership renewal process work?
Memberships are set to auto-renew. At the end of the initial 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
5. Can Silent Moment Spa change the rules or pricing of the membership?
Yes, Silent Moment Spa reserves the right to modify spa rules, regulations, and pricing at any time.
6. How can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial 6-month term by submitting a written notice 30 days in advance to Silent Moment Spa.
7. What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your membership, any remaining services must be used within 60 days, after which they will expire.
8. How far in advance must I cancel my appointment?
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
9. Can I cancel same-day appointments?
No, same-day appointments cannot be canceled.
10. What happens if I don’t cancel my appointment and don’t show up?
Failure to cancel and not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the scheduled service. If there are no available services in your account, the account on file will be charged the full membership price for the service.
11. How is my membership fee billed?
We automatically bill the card on file each month on the day of your sign-up. Membership does not include gratuity.
12. What happens if my card on file is declined?
If your card on file is declined, your membership will be canceled, and any remaining services will be forfeited.
13. What authorization do I need to provide for billing?
By entering into this membership agreement, you authorize Silent Moment Spa to bill your card on file in the total amount of your monthly membership fee.
