Membership terms and conditions

Service Rollover

Any unused services will continue to roll over each month and can be used at any time while your membership is active. You have the entire duration of your membership to utilize these services, provided your account is not frozen and remains in good standing. Please note that all accumulated services will expire 60 days after your membership is canceled.

Note: Silent Moment Spa memberships and membership services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Membership Renewal

Memberships are set to auto-renew. At the end of the initial 6-month term, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

Silent Moment Spa reserves the right to modify spa rules, regulations, and pricing at any time.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial 6-month term by submitting a written notice 30 days in advance to Silent Moment Spa.

Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day appointments cannot be canceled.
• Failure to cancel and not showing up for a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the scheduled service. If there are no available services in your account, the account on file will be charged the full membership price for the service.

Billing

We automatically bill the card on file each month recurring on the day of your sign up. Membership does not include gratuity. If you card on file is declined, your membership will be canceled and any remaining services will be forfeited.

By entering into this membership agreement, you authorize Silent Moment Spa to bill your card on file in the total amount of your monthly membership fee.
